The location, staff spoke English, and I was not being harassed as soon as I stepped outside the hotel. Metered taxi were always there waiting, no need to go out to the main street to look for a taxi.

The staff was always really helpful, the hotel is located at great location near from restaurants, malls, grocery stores. Good place to go.

Breakfast was amazing and so good. Alot of choices. Gym is well equipped. Staff is amazing and helpful. Location is safe. Shower is pretty much only cold most of the time, will stay here again for sure.

I reserved the junior suite. It was very spacious and large. Nice hot water! The location of this hotel is pretty close to where you want to go in Poblado and 10 to 20 minutes from other places like malls and restaurants. I was able to check in early! The food is good at the restaurant and breakfast service. This is good value for what you get. The front desk accommodates your needs no questions asked (huge plus and rare in Colombia)
